Suggest Treatment For Dislocated Hip

Yes Please! I was born with what I was told to be a dislocated hip. I remember viewing x-ray's that seem to look like not only dislocated but also malformed. I am 40 yrs old now and am having some serious pain in that hip. As I recall the the dislocation was treated when I was an infant with a body cast when I was 8 mnths old. What are the odds that the problem I am experiencing now is due to that?
