Suggest Treatment For Dislocated Knee Joint

About 3 weeks ago I dislocated my petteal. I went to the ER and had it placed. They told me to see an orthopedic within the week. I am waiting for medical to go through. Web MD scares me on what I read.lol. I noticed the other day that my leg around my knee is getting hot. I do not feel anything until I touch it. To touch it it feels as if someone has placed a blow dryer on it for 2 min It dose not feel like this all day. It comes and goes. It gets so hot you can feel it through my jeans. Also my foot on that side had been getting colder than normal at night when in bed. The other foot feels fine. Like I said this happened 3 ½ weeks ago. I am also concern that I only have 3 or 4 inches of bend in the leg. I don't have much pain at all but there is still swelling. I am wondering if I need to go back to the ER to check on these concerns. I am sorry if I sound paranoid but I don't know what to do. Web MD would have me believe that I caused damage to an artery in the leg due to the fact that i am really over wight. I am over 300lbs. Any advice would be much appreciated Thank you for reading.

Only taking 800mg ib bofen at night i am not on any other drugs. This is maybe the 2nd or 3rd time I have dislocated this knee Last time was 10 years ago. I am 25years old and male if that matters
