Suggest Treatment For Dislocated Thumb

I dislocated my thumb playing rugby it was sideways and swelled up pretty good I managed to replace the bone back into place and it s been healing for the past two weeks I am currently playing hockey and was just wondering what the best way about healing this would be I ve been icing and the movement has come back great I m playing hockey and it doesn t hurt too bad but to get more movement in the thumb what should I be doing is heat possible

I really appreciate your concern, healing is process and this may take some time during this time period it is advisable to keep the injured in resting position, after the healing this needs physiotherapy for complete mobility, take care and have a nice day.
