Suggest Treatment For Dislocation Of Shoulder Joint

i have went for an x-ray for my shoulder.and it shows that my humerus is away from it usual place.there's a gap there.it makes me uncomfortable and pain when i move my hand a lot.and sometimes,it seems like no energy to load things.can i know what prob is this and how to cure it?
