Suggest Treatment For Dizziness After Getting Meningitis Vaccination

I got a meningitis vaccination yesterday morning and fainted afterwards, but since then I have felt really dizzy, almost as if I m going to pass out, but I haven t. I ve felt this way for over 24 hours now, is it just a side effect of the injection, if so, how long can it last?
