General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

All this history indicates the possibility of a problem with one of the following:
Semicircular canals in mastoids.
Cerebellum.
Cervical spine problems, blood supply problems and so on.
Hence I would advise you the following:
Consult an ENT Surgeon for proper clinical evaluation, examination to determine the cause so that supportive investigations of MRI of the cervical spine, brain and of mastoids can be done to ascertain the cause.
Second the opinion of a NEurologist is best be taken.
All these things will lead to a proper diagnosis and hence allow specific treatment.
Till then continue management as would have been told by your doctor.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. T Chandrakant, General Surgeon
