General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

The commonest cause of nasal blockage can be deviated nasal septum. Other causes can be nasal polyps, the masses of allergy, hypertrophied means enlarged turbinates a normal part of nose or any other mass. Hence, I would advise you to consult an ENT surgeon for nasal endoscopy. CT scan of nose and sinuses will confirm the diagnosis.

He will also evaluate you for giddiness that is vertigo and treat you symptomatically with Cinnarizine or so and specific treatment as will be found out on examination and investigations.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. T. Chandrakant, General Surgeon
