General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

There are different forms of modalities which can handle BPPV, common ones among them are:
- specific exercises to balance the internal fluid mechanics of the inner ear with attention to head rotation, gradual side to side and other maneuvers
- steroids
- surgery in some cases

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
