Suggest Treatment For Dizziness And Breathing Difficulty

When I lie down, I feel like drawing and my breathe become very difficult and I feel dizzy, but when I check my blood pressure I find it within normal values and even sometimes going down and less than normal and I checked it because I was diagnosed as hypertensive patient but I was capable of controlling my blood pressure without any medications any more... but I have sometimes asthma-like attacks... and when I sleep I wake up at night feeling like my heart is running and when it become more relaxing and am capable to measure it, I find it about 90sbeat/min and its accompanied with chest pain..... so what could be possibly the reason?? Hi,

I would like to know your age. What meds are you taking for hypertension? Is there any feet swelling? I would advise you to get an ECG and 2d Echo done without ignoring your symptoms.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Alyan Fattah
