Suggest Treatment For Dizziness And Diarrhea

I went to the clinic 2days ago with extreme dizziness. Also, I have had pressure in my sinuses and diarrhea bp was 174/86. The Dr. Doubled my bp medication amplodimine from 5 mg to 10 mg, gave me an antibiotic azithromycin for 6 days and meclizine to help the dizziness. I've been on them for 36 hrs with no change. I'm really dizzy! Should this pass soon? I'm very concerned. By the way, I'm visiting Hawaii from Canada and went to an urgent care clinic in Waikiki. I'm a generally healthy 70 yr. old with no heart problems. The bp Meds were started when I was under extreme stress. hope you can help me!

The bp must be recorded on 3,4 different occasion before increasing the dose. I suggest you tou get it recorded daily for 3,4 days and then consult your doctor. The treatment of sinusitis that doctor has given is good and it will resolve with the treatment.
