hai sir. my name is ARESH aged 27yrs.c/o feeling tiredness,dizziness,sleepy and feeling guilty after masturbation. i am having this h/o masturbation for the past 8years.Rx h/o of anti depprasants escitalopram for4 years and sertraline for 1 year. i got this feeling since 4 years.At first i felt very enjoyable doing masturbation. after a year and half later i am getting feeling like that. present also i am continouing the drugs. SIR PLEASE TELL ME IS IT MEDICALPROBLEM OR PSYCHIATRIC PROBLEM. IF SO PLEASE SUGGEST A BEST POSSIBLE SOLUTION TO ENJOY WHOLE LIFE ALONG WITH SEX MAINLY. THANKING YOY SIR.

Would you please be so kind to explain me why you are taking this medication, is it because of masturbation or some other reason? Masturbation itself is not a disease as long as it doesn’t become too excessive. One time per day is perfectly normal at your age as long as you don’t have any other conditions.
