Suggest Treatment For Dizziness And Headache

I have a question. I am a 41 year old woman. I do not do drugs or drink alcohol. My question is should I worry about getting very dizzy followed by a headache. It started to happen today. I do have a history of migraines. But never have I felt this dizzy. Thank you

The dizziness can occur in migraine headache .....
Although frequency less but it can be sometime presenting feature along with headache in migraine ....

Rule out hypoglycemia by estimating random blood sugar ....
Following precipitating factors ruled out ...........
-smoking
-stress
-lack of sleep
-skipped meal etc.....

Check your blood pressure also ....As blood pressure fluctuation can lead dizziness.

Any situation if leading dehydration then dizziness can occur...
