Suggest Treatment For Dizziness And Headache

Good day! I m experiencing dizziness and headache for a couple of weeks. I consulted an opthalmologist to see if its related to an eye problem. the doctor says that my vision is 20/20, but he notice that the veins of my eyes are not of my age. He said that it looks like of a 50 year old person and I m only 33. Can you tell me why the veins of my eyes looks like that? And what can I do to about it? Thank you very much.

I really appreciate your concern, you might be wrongly understood because this might not be the cause neither the symptoms are related with it so better to have second opinion or get done the MRI test hope this information helps.
