Suggest Treatment For Dizziness And Headaches After A Fall

I flipped off a horse on Friday evening and landed directly on my rear end and lost consciousness for about 2-3 minutes but I actually don t remember about 10-15 mins. Totally blacked out. Ever since then, I am extremely dizzy, i have a headache by the end of every day, and my thinking just seems delayed or something. I was scared but have no medical insurance and didn t know if I could treat this at home.

I hopThese are symptoms of brain concussion and it may last for up to two weeks after injury so you should be patient. You need to avoid noise,excessive lights and emotional stress. If symptoms persists for more than 2-3 weeks,you should do MRI scan of the head.I hope I have answered your query. I wish you a nice day.
