Suggest Treatment For Dizziness And Heart Palpitations

I had an episode this evening where my heart fluttered and I felt like I was going to faint. I did not faint but became nauseous and haven t felt good all evening. I do have a history of high bp and do take meds, but my current bp is 190/105... Should I go to the ER immediately?

youare hypertensive have hypertensive profile done and have ECG done.consult physician with your history.consult cardiologist for echocardiography.your treatment is not satisfactory. regularize your treatment.exclude diabetes.
