Suggest Treatment For Dizziness And Lost Balance

Recently, I always get dizzy, lost balance at random times, my eyes feel hard to focus(but the sight is clear), feel throwing up after meals(not reflux, just the feeling), and stuffy at the neck and chest. Had a full blood count but hemoglobin is quite okay.

Your complaint are ...Stuffy congestion and dizziness suggesting more towards viral bronchitis or labyrinthitis like condition...

Blood pressure measurement and RBS sugar testing done first ....

For congestion relief take levo cetrizine like antihistaminic drug ....

For blocked nose oxymetazoline nasal spray can be taken for three days. ...

Steam inhalation two times a days ...

If inflammation more short term steroid might needed .
For vomiting domperidone tablet useful....

Advise : physician consultation
