Suggest Treatment For Dizziness And Lower Back Pain After Injury

i feel all dizzy and sleepy after falling down the stairs today. I slept for 4 hours, but its now 10 hours later i still feel dizzy. I also hurt my lower back and have a wound on my elbow. Should i do something particular to be all good as soon as possible?
