Suggest Treatment For Dizziness And Muscle Cramps When Diagnosed With Arthritis

I had been diagnosed in 2015 with arthritis in my C3, C4, and C5. Three weeks ago it started to hurt so I did the exercises and took over the counter arthritis medication. In the last few days my shoulder has frozen and I am having nausea, light head, cramping in my hands/feet, and dumbness sometimes in my hands.
