Suggest Treatment For Dizziness And Nasal Polyps.

hi. Dr. Ihave been feeling dizzy and lightheaded when i lay down i feel ok but when i get up i lose mybalance,i went to the doctor, in March of this year ,i was told that i have polyps in my nose. every now and then i would take sinus medication, but thats only when ym nose is running or drainages. my doctor too me off of the prednisone and told me to take the sinus med. when needed.

So you are acquiring repeated viral or allergic infection...
Symptomatic manegement done....

While cold azelestine nasal spray Useful.
Short term steroid can be taken....
This both help in relieving inflammation....
Steam inhalation helpful.....
More water.....

Echinacea herbs that help in strengthening immune system and provide resistence to infection.....

Here if repeated cold There polyp removed.

Allergen test helpful in finding source of allergen ..
Try to avoid contact with allergen like dust , pollen etc....
