Suggest Treatment For Dizziness And Nausea

I have been dizzy more severely this past month more than ever. My period is late (about 9 days). I drink lots of water daily (at least 60 oz/day). I have been nauseous for a week or so but that might be because I m nervous. I took a pregnancy test yesterday and it was negative. My breasts are tender as well. I don t really take supplements, only vitamin c when I feel a cold coming. Is it possible i am pregnant or is it something else?

Hello

Period may be delayed even in those ladies who have regular periods,but it is important to exclude pregnancy.
Urine pregnancy test may be negative in early days due to inadequate beta HCG hormone in urine.
I suggest for ultrasound of pelvis,it is most sensitive to detect G-sac(earliest sign of pregnancy).
Dizziness and nausea may be due to many causes including pregnancy,anxiety etc.
You may need clinical evaluation to exclude other causes.
