Suggest Treatment For Dizziness And Nausea

I m light headed, dizzy, and have nausea. I m not vomitting, but I feel like if I stand up I will. I also don t have a appetite. I had this for 2 days a couple days ago. Then yesterday I was completely fine. I don t have a fever, but I m missing a lot of work... I need help.

I really appreciate your concern this could be due to some viral infection or may be some nonspecific complaint and this would be fine on its own no need to treat this condition if this is happened again then this may be due to some infection (Bacterial) and at that time this may need some investigation till then no need to worry about this, have a nice day
