Suggest Treatment For Dizziness And Nausea
Hi, I am experiencing dizziness and nausea. This is the second day I ve had this. The first day was the dizziness only. Today, I ve thrown up in the morning and the nausea has returned this afternoon. The dizziness has been with me more so today. I took my blood pressure and it is 143/84. Usually it will run about 120/75.

Discussion:- such dizziness could be due to "Vestibular dysfunction" and second possibility could be functional one.
Medication:- Tab Betahistine 8 mg ( Dose can be adjusted according to age and gender)
Advise:- Try to come out of the stress have some rest.
Comments:- Age and gender is missing here else something more specific could be thought.
