Suggest Treatment For Dizziness And Numbness In Arms

I'm a 44 year old male. I'm 5' 11" & weigh 190# and have never had any serious health problems. I've been drastically changing my diet for 3 mths now to lower my cholesterol, was 340 and started taking 1 aspirin/day and Lipitor once/day. I went to dr 3 mths ago because of dizziness and arms going numb when I exercise. I have been feeling much better until today. When I exercised this morning, my left arm went numb and after I ate my healthy lunch I got dizzy. I feel drugged/drunk, tired and still feel dizzy but it is better. I am not dehydrated and my blood sugars have always tested fine. This has been going on for around 8 mths now but I feel better after changing my diet & exercising more. Until today, like I said. I live in a 3rd world country so good health care is hard to find. It seems to always hit after I eat or when I need to eat & don't. I would appreciate any help. We don't think it is my heart because streneous exercise does not bother me, except my arm(s) go numb. Only go numb when I use my standing bicycle (arms up).
