Suggest Treatment For Dizziness And Rapid Heart Rate

Hi...I have a few questions. First, I m a little concerned although it is common. Every time I get up from laying down or sitting down I blackout and can t see for about 5-10 seconds and my head beats very hard. I ve tried not getting up so fast and it still happens. I also naturally inherited bad migraines from my family so i don t know if this is just normal or something iternally I should be worried about? Second, lately I ve been noticing that I will get almost a racing heart beat feeling but in my stomach. It feels strange and occurs usually at the bottom middle area of my stomach. It doesn t hurt it just feels uncomfortable, but I can only wonder if something is wrong because it seems unusual to be having that feeling in my stomach. It usually happens for 10-15 seconds. There can be various clinical issues as anxiety, conduction disorders of SA or AV node , bundle of His , electrolyte disturbances of others which can lead to such symptoms. Rather than being remaining in dilemma, I would recommend you to consult your doctor, discuss the issue and have physical examination. Let him or her decide whether an EKG evaluation is required or not for your condition.
