Suggest Treatment For Dizziness And Ringing In Ears

Hi Dr The symptoms that I am having,,, pressure right leg calf.. tingling cold foot,,, pressure chest left region and fullness,,, ringing in ears,, when I read with my head bent for longer than 5 min blurred vision for 10-15 min after,,fullness in left neck also sometime left artries... dizzy,,, sometimes,,, confusion.... please advise

Hello,

I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

The symptoms seem to be related to benign paroxismal vertigo which is an issue of the inner ear.
I suggest using Meclizine hydrochloride three times a day.
I also suggest to avoid salt in the diet.
If the symptoms continue, I suggest to see an ENT specialist.
