Looking at your symptoms, there can be following possibilities: 1.)Low blood pressure, low blood sugar, heart disease,Anemia(low hemoglobin)-it would be advisable to consult a Physician doctor to rule out low blood pressure and also have an ECG(Electrocardiogram) to rule out heart problem, and Blood test for hemoglobin and sugar. 2.)Anxiety disorder-in such a case you might be feeling severe anxiety in routine things. 3.)Menier's disease- in such a case ,you might be feeling dizziness, ringing in ear along with fullness in ear and reduced hearing during that episode. In such a case,it would be advisable to consult an Otolaryngologist doctor. 4.)Transient ischemic attack-might be occuring due to reduced supply in brain for a transient moment. In such a case, your physician may need to advise MRI Brain and blood cholesterol level.
