Suggest Treatment For Dizziness And Severe Nose Bleed

About 20 minutes ago I was working in a kitchen at a restaurant and bent down to get something and out of no where I ha a severe dizzy spell to the point where I couldn t stand. I then went to the bathroom and began throwing water on my face and that s when I tasted blood and my nose only dripped out blood like 2 or 3 times and I spit out the rest, but it was t heavy blood it was very light. I sat down an drank some water while still being a bit dizzy, I then went outside and threw up a couple of times and now I m just sitting, and I feel fine but I m still a bit dizzy when I move or turn my head too much. What could this be? It is the first time anything like this has ever happened, I am 20 year old male. About 185 pounds. Thanks.
