Hi
Dr. Purushottam welcomes you to HCM virtual clinic.
I have gone through your query.
I think I have understood your concern, I will try to suggest you the best possible treatment options.
1] First of all , let me tell you that many pregnant women experience the same when in crowded places or in low ventilation areas. This is mostly due to changes occurring in the body during pregnancy.
2] Try and avoid such situations. Do not stand for a long time, this pools up blood in leg veins. And makes you prone for dizziness.
3] Try to come in airy and ventilated area.
4] Drink plenty of water.
5] Take 5 to 6 long , deep breaths.
6] Make movements at ankle joints, to improve blood circulation.
I hope my answer helps you.
Thanks
