Suggest Treatment For Dizziness And Spotting With No Regular Menstrual Period

I only have light pink blood when I wipe after using restroom. I also feel dizzy often and have not had a period since early June. I have had irregular periods all my life and have skipped cycles also, but getting dizzy and sweating has not happened to me before. I have no pain while peeing and no cramping. Took a pregnancy test 2 weeks ago and it was negative, but I have been feeling this way for almost a month.
