I am a 53 y/o female 5"8" 195lbs. I take straterra 80mg, estrace 2mg, pravstatin 80mg daily, along with a multi-vitamin. My head feels a little stuffy. When I bend over the room spins bad enough that I have to sit down. The further I bend the worse the spin.

You seem to have a positional giddiness which is very common but needs to be evaluated further as this can be due to various causes which has to be properly evaluated by both an ENT and a neurologist
In any case, no over the counter medication can be taken for giddiness and all you can do till you consult is to avoid added salt and sudden movements.
