General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

1. Need to know the pills you are taking on a regular basis? Please give their details.
2. Your symptoms seem to be related to middle ear issues. But first should have a look at your lab tests reports.

I would suggest consulting with a neurologist to rule out a possible cardiovascular event or any other local brain mass causing your actual symptoms apart inner ear issues.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Albana Sejdini, General & Family Physician
