Suggest Treatment For Dizziness And Tingling Of Forearm After HCG Injection

I stopped HCG injections early (after 18 injections) because I will be going out of town. I am on the third day off of the injections. Yesterday I began feeling dizzy, and today it is much worse. I have some tingling in my forearms, and then in my face, and then I become very dizzy. Will this pass?
