Suggest Treatment For Dizziness And Tiredness.
I am a 32 year old female. I am not overweight am normal for my size.
I feel most days dizzy, light headed, like i need to eat something sugary to sort myself out. it makes me feel tired and generally unwell, like I am coming down with something.
I do suffer from a panic disorder in which I take citalopram 20mg per day but I dont feel anxious
please help

Hi,
According to the description the possible causes are:
- Sometimes vaginal tissue in the posterior wall can protrude through the opening looking at a mass
- Small cuts at the level of the vaginal tissue can also look like this
- Cervical polyps can protrude through the vaginal opening
By clinical examination only the exact cause can be identified and treatment can be planned accordingly. Excess of vaginal tissues and small cuts usually do not require any specific treatment, whereas cervical polyp needs. So, please discuss these things with your Gynecologist and proceed accordingly.
