I am a 32 year old female. I am not overweight am normal for my size. I feel most days dizzy, light headed, like i need to eat something sugary to sort myself out. it makes me feel tired and generally unwell, like I am coming down with something.
I do suffer from a panic disorder in which I take citalopram 20mg per day but I dont feel anxious
