Suggest Treatment For Dizziness And Tiredness

Hi I have been feeling tired and a bit dizzy for just over a week now, Im 18 year old male, healthy, play sports, I have been to the doctors and they gave me dizziness pills, but I would like to find out what this problem is and hopefully find a cure, please help.
