Suggest Treatment For Dizziness And Unconsciousness

hi, my name is Milagros and i have a request for you. My brother had a very strong hard attack, he suffered all his life with that, but today in the morning was very serious because he felt dizzy and he sudden loss consciousness like about 10 minutes then he woke up and during the day he started to losing bood by his nose frecuently and he has the sensation that he maybe have something really bad. Please I would like to know what can i do to help him?
