Suggest Treatment For Dizziness And Vertigo Problem

Hi, I am 26 year old guy. I am suffering from dizziness and vertigo problem since last 15-20 days. This dizziness is not caused or triggered by any particular situation but it happens all of sudden whether I am sitting, standing or driving. This has made my daily life miserable. Exact reason has not been diagnosed yet by any doctor. MRI of brain done which report I've attached as an image file. Right now I am consulting a neurologist and according to him, MRI is normal except one thing. He says, sinus problem is elevated and something is accumulated around my forehead. My MRI reads:
1. symmetrical/slightly altered sulcal pattern is noted in bilateral frontal regions
2. Incidental note is made of features of bilateral ethmoid, frontal, sphenoid and maxillary sinusitis.
Rest of things has been reported normal.
All of sudden I feel that I am going to faint. I live alone in rented house. So, sometimes, dizziness gets increased because of panic that something will happen to me and no body is near to me. This happened only once that some whistling sound in my ears and exactly then vertigo was in full effect and intensity. This whistling sound has some relation with my vertigo and dizziness?? Does sinusitis have any relation with my vertigo??? Doctor has prescribed me following medicines:

1. Cap Sompraz D * 1*10 days
2. Tab Nureeto 120mg at night * 4 days
3. Tab Vertin 3*5 days then 2 tabs * 5 days
4. Tab Clonotril 1*5 days then 1/2 * 10 days
5. Tab Acuvert 1tab*thrice*3 days
6. Tab Betacap 20mg twice a day * 2 month

Please suggest me what to do. Are these medicines right for me. I m not getting much benefit after 5 days of medication. Should I consult an ENT specialist? Please help. I've heard horrible side-effects of betacap if taken for long time.
