Suggest Treatment For Dizziness And Vertigo

Hello Doctors



My wife 25 yrs old and a mom of a 9.5 months old boy kid, has been suffering from perennial neck pain and sometimes adjoining dizziness.



We tried consulting Neurologists in Manipal Hospital, Old Airport road, Bangalore. The doctors put her on some pills and diagnosed a Vertigo and subsequently advised some exercises. So far nothing has improved. A CT scan taken a couple of years ago didnt show any thing abnormal.



I am really worried and would like to have her ailment cured. Do you have any suggestions / recommendations?
