Suggest Treatment For Dizziness At Night

I have been getting very dizzy at night after writing on my computer. I had as back operation 4 months ago but other then some pain there was no infection I workout and am a fit 49yr old male. Plenty of fluids too but after several hours writing I feel detached and I get the chills. I have no temp.
