Suggest Treatment For Dizziness, Balance Loss And Vomiting

Hi my father is 74ys recently had case of dizziness, balance loss and vomiting, when we took him to emergency they found his bp is about 220/110, however he has been hospitalized for two weeks, they controlled his bp and blood sugar. Brain MRI shows multi focal old ischaemic liaison, he is diabete and suffering hypertension since 20ys. Now he is taking insuline injection, pb tablets and aspirin 75. I need to know more about the risk of his case and if he will be able to get his balance back?

Dizziness, loss of balance and vomiting can be due to some disorder of inner ear. So, I suggest you to consult an ENT specialist for clinical assessment, relevant investigations and thus management.
