Suggest Treatment For Dizziness, Blurred Vision And Loss Of Memory

Yes please. I am a 60 year old male. I have a homesite construction crew that I run for a living. We, including myself, do all types of home repair as well as remodel. I am experiencing dizziness, fatigue, blurred vision, and disorientation. And tend to drift off to sleep while doing things and am also having short term memory loss. All vitals and blood analysis check out ok. Thank you, Steve.

Since your vitals and most of the blood analysis are ok, thus following is my symptomatic approach: It could be an age-related problem such as astigmatism/Alzheimer's disease or changes occurring due to long-standing undiagnosed diabetes [autonomic dysfunction].



The key to the diagnosis of dizziness is a thorough history and physical examination along with complete blood count (CBC), electrolyte level,kidney function tests, thyroid and blood sugar tests additional investigations like neck X-rays, CT scans, and MRI may be indicated depending upon the patient's needs.
