Suggest Treatment For Dizziness, Body Pain And Migraine

Hello Yesterday, very suddenly I got dizzy, like the room was turning upside down. It went away as quickly as it came, during the night, while I was trying to sleep, I would get dizzy every time I changed my head position. When I woke up in the morning, I was very dizzy. It subsided but since then I have ben feeling very slow , sluggish and nauseous. My neck hurts, and my body aches. I have a history of migraines and I feel like I have a full blown migraine with the excruciating pain.
