Suggest Treatment For Dizziness, Bulging Disc In Neck And Lower Back

I was in a mva last dec I have a buldging disk in my neck and my lower back I have noticed sometimes I get numbness in the side of my neck with tingling feelings. I have noticed in the last week that I was walking in the mall and all of a sudden I felt dizzy like I was going to pass out. I have had this a few times since. Its not when I get up just walking and once driving. Its like I am light headed or floating on air. I don t take any meds don t smoke don t do drugs. I am a little concerned just wondering if it could have something to do with the mva. I have a nuroligist app but not till nov.

HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

If the mva caused or worsened the prolapsed disc then it is possible that there is a link.

The bulging disc in the neck and back can cause the symptoms that you are describing because of compression of the nerves in the area.

If it is possible, you may need to move up your appointment with the neurologist so that you can be assessed earlier or make an appointment with another neurologist who may be able to see you earlier.
They can initiate treatment.
In some cases, this may consist of physiotherapy and medication.

In severe cases, surgery may be needed

I hope this helps
