Suggest Treatment For Dizziness, Chest Tightness And Shortness Of Breath

My husband is 61 yrs old experiencing shortness of breathe, explains breath only goes part way down. Weight loss of 20 lbs. in the last 4 months. Complained of some tightness in his chest yesterday. Has had some dizziness (just had the 2nd cochlear implant). His last labs showed an HDl of 24, PSA elevated and abnormal TSH. They did call him in to repeat the TSH. They have scheduled him for a CT scan of the abdomen and a ex ray . He has not experienced the shortness of breath until the last couple of weeks. He is a pastor and has been under a lot of stress for the last year. He has some memory problems with names. Just concerned as to problems associated with the symptoms.

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

As per my clinical experience, raised PSA, short breath, chest tightness may be indicative of various possible issues as:
- Carcinoma prostate
- Secondary spread to lungs
- Endocrinopathy

- chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with worsening by systemic inflammatory response to prostate pathology. Kindly provide me all details of your current and past reports to discuss thoroughly during next follow up schedule online.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further. Take care.
