Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
I passed carefully through your question and would explain that dizziness and vertigo could be related to blopress adverse effects. From the other hand, other possible causes underlying vertigo should be considered : an inner ear disorder, chronic degeneration of the cervical spine, blood pressure fluctuations, etc. Your actual blood pressure values are still high. For this reason, I would recommend adding another anti-hypertensive drug to your current therapy (amlodipine or hydrochlorothiazine), in order to help improve blood pressure values. If dizziness is related to Blopress, switching to another drug may be needed.
Hope you will find this answer helpful!
Kind regards,
Dr. Iliri
