I passed carefully through your question and would explain that dizziness and vertigo could be related to blopress adverse effects.From the other hand, other possible causes underlying vertigo should be considered : an inner ear disorder, chronic degeneration of the cervical spine, blood pressure fluctuations, etc. Your actual blood pressure values are still high. For this reason, I would recommend adding another anti-hypertensive drug to your current therapy (amlodipine or hydrochlorothiazine), in order to help improve blood pressure values.
