Suggest Treatment For Dizziness, Headache And Fatigue

smell of metal for 3 months, knee replacement, all metal work up on blood negative-all GI work up negative, no GI bleed, dizzy, -pass out feeling, now everyday, mild headache between eyes, neuro work upp 11/09- brian anyerusym is where I m leaning, this is my sis- I feel CT angio is the best way to go, advised, if you ever get the worst headach of your life go to ER STAT, was neuro IR RN, however too close to situation, CT ANGIO? right?

Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have dizziness, headache and fatigue, the symptoms you mention in query can occur due to many reasons like benign paroxysmal positional vertigo, inflammation within the inner ear sometimes due to infection , meniere's disease , acoustic neuroma , sinusitis and multiple sclerosis. For now avoid bending forward , take steam , drink ginger tea thrice a day and do light exercises daily. Need not to worry. I would suggest you to consult with ENT specialist for proper checkup so that there will not be any further complication . Doctor may order certain tests like CT scan , MRI , blood test , audiometry test , rotatory chair test and ECG to confirm the diagnosis. Doctor may prescribe anti emetic drug , sedatives , antibiotics , decongestants ,drain sinus and some ear aid.
