Suggest Treatment For Dizziness, Headache And Heaviness In Head

I did sufferd a vertigo like last week...but it gotten better..I was dizzy and had a headache sometimes and felt heavy headness and it feel like their was something moving in my head like liquid but was slow...it went away but not the wierd liquid in head sensation it slacked up a little but their still is some more and I want to get rid of it....is this wierd head sensation bad and are the any home remedies for it and it DOSENT affect me of anything else..I just feel it if i have my head upside down or something like that....
