Suggest Treatment For Dizziness, Headache And Sinusitis

My head feels fuzzy, like I have a combination of sinus,headache and dizziness. I had a quadruple heart bypass op 5 months ago, and now have to take.....100 MG of aspirin, 80mg of micardis plus,40 MG atovastatin,25 MG of me to prolol daily, plus 15mg of zanidip daily. Any suggestions on what may cause this please ?

This lightheadedness may be because of the polypharmacy you are taking or because of low blood pressure, so if your blood pressure is normal, you should consult your doctor for the medication you are taking.
