Suggest Treatment For Dizziness, Headache, Nausea And Period Pain

Hello. I hit my head two days ago at my desk. After it I immediately put an ice pack on my head, and drank Depon (Paracetamol) . I was slightly dizzy and the first time I started explaining to my mum what happened I couldn t find all the words. Next day I was sick. With the flu I mean and at the same time I got my period. So headaches where a lot in the picture. I also have mood swings,but that always happens when I am pmsing. I have no trouble sleeping , no trouble waking up. Just headaches. Not severe they just hit me hard cause one day I will have migraine from the period pain and the other day I will be so tense that it will cause headache. Generally I have no problem listening to music, but I enjoy more than ever being away from technology and in my bed. Should I go see a doctor. I called one and they said only if I have nausea and if my headaches get worse.I forgot to mention I also did put alarm clocks at night the first night I hit my head.
