Suggest Treatment For Dizziness, Heart Palpitations And High Cholesterol

for months I have been dizzy and heart palpitations. I am 40 female high blood pressure high cholesterol 5ft 5 weight 80kg I don t smoke or drink alcohol. My parents have both had bypass and I am paranoid about heart attack I have had an echo done and an ekg and ultrasound on my heart all is good. Physiciandoesnt think I need angiography but why am I shaken and dizzy and blood pressure is sometimes low as in 100/58 and high147/95 I take 20mg atrovastatin and 10mg amlodipine and one cardio asprin a day. I feel out of breath and sometimes just heavy head and almost like vertigo is this my heart should I do angiogram. my thyroid levels were a borderline I often wonder could I have a thyroid problem. I am so nervous and paranoid about a heart attack because of these undiagnosed symptoms and not paranoid and causing these symptoms. please advise. thanks sha
