Suggest Treatment For Dizziness In A Hypertensive Person

While playing outside , not really strenuous, I got slightly dizzy and things very strangely started to white out....almost like pixels. They kept increasing in number til I could only make out forms and some background but faces and detail was pure white. It took a good 5-8 mins. to see correctly again. I am a 65yo white male, well controlled hypertension, no other significant history. I have had occasional dizziness, but no white outs ever.

Hello,
Thanks for using Healthcaremagic.

Presence of chronic hypertension along with on and off dizziness indicative of postural hypotension as most of hypertensives cause this as a side effect. I am glad that you have well controlled hypertension but we need to look on this part.

I mean to say that first there is need to check the prescription as it may be controlling hypertension aggressively.

I hope this helps you.
If you have more questions feel free to write back to me.
Thanks and regards.
